Anubhav Setu is an experience-based guidance, mentoring and confidential conversation network. Experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, retired leaders and domain experts offer perspective drawn from decades of lived professional and life experience. Our method is always the same: Listen → Understand → Guide → Refer.

Mentors are not positioned as psychologists, doctors, lawyers, financial advisers or other regulated professionals. Guidance offered through the platform is experience-based perspective, not professional advice within the meaning of any regulated practice.

When a matter is clinical, legal, financial or otherwise regulated, the mentor’s role is to refer you to a qualified specialist on our Professional Panel — not to advise beyond their competence. Anubhav Setu is not an emergency or crisis service.

• Provide accurate information in forms so we can match you well.
• Use the site only for its intended purpose — seeking or offering guidance, or partnership.
• Do not attempt to access other people’s submissions, accounts or data.
• Do not misuse mentor contact details or reproduce site content commercially without permission.

• Sessions are arranged by request and confirmed by the operations team; submitting a request does not guarantee a particular mentor, time or format.
• Sessions may be online or in person, as agreed between you and the mentor.
• Please give reasonable notice if you cannot attend a confirmed session, so the time can be offered to someone else.
• Either party may decline or end a session that feels unsafe, disrespectful or outside the mentor’s competence.

Mentoring offers perspective, options and trade-offs — never instructions. Every decision you take after a conversation is your own, and Anubhav Setu and its mentors are not liable for outcomes of decisions made on the basis of experience-based guidance.

Conversations are confidential within the limits described in our Privacy Policy, including the safeguarding and legal exceptions stated there. By using the service you acknowledge those limits.
