Become a mentor

Your experience is still needed. Give it a few honest hours.

We are assembling the founding panel of Anubhav Setu mentors — experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, retired officers and community elders, largely between 50 and 70.

What we ask of mentors

Two to four hours a month

Most mentors take one or two conversations a month, at times they choose. Nothing is automatic and nothing is compulsory.

Guide inside your competence

Speak from what you have actually lived and practised. Say 'I don't know' freely — it is one of the most useful things a mentor says.

Confidentiality, absolutely

What is said in a conversation stays in it. No names, no anecdotes, no sharing outside the platform.

Refer without hesitation

When something needs a clinician, an advocate or a financial professional, hand it to the Professional Panel.

No selling, ever

Mentoring here is not a channel for your practice, product or business. That boundary is non-negotiable.

Orientation before your first conversation

A short induction on listening, boundaries, escalation and consent — even for the most senior professionals.

Mentor application

Tell us about your work and where you can help.

A member of the mentor team reads every application personally and replies within a few working days.
