Programs

Structured ways for experience to reach more people.

One-to-one conversations are the heart of Anubhav Setu. Programs are how we reach a classroom, a company, a neighbourhood or a family — without diluting the quality of the conversation.

Three conversations over six weeks

One-to-one mentoring

A matched mentor, a clear question to work on, and a short written summary of what you decided at the end.

90 minutes, on site or online

Campus sessions

Experienced professionals talking to students about real career paths, wrong turns, and what the first five years actually look like.

Monthly, small groups

Open workshops

Practical subjects: choosing a course, first-job negotiation, running a small business through a bad year, planning for retirement.

Local, recurring

Setu circles

A neighbourhood group of mentors hosted by a partner institution, holding regular open hours for anyone who walks in.

By arrangement

Family enterprise conversations

Succession, roles, and the difficult money conversations, facilitated by someone who has been through one.

Quarterly

Professional referral clinics

Panel professionals — legal, clinical, financial — available for the matters that need regulated expertise.

Year one

We would rather run twenty programs properly than two hundred badly.

Dates for the first cohorts, workshops and circles are being confirmed with partner institutions. If you would like to be told when a program opens near you — or to host one — tell us and we will write to you first.
