Anubhav Setu is a network of experienced mentors across India — largely professionals in their fifties, sixties and seventies — who give structured time to people who need perspective.
The mentor network is deliberately ordinary and deliberately deep: bankers and teachers, surgeons and shopkeepers, civil servants, HR heads, manufacturers, women who returned to work at forty-five, founders who failed once and built again.
Every mentor is interviewed before joining, oriented in our method — Listen, Understand, Guide, Refer — and bound by a code of conduct and confidentiality. Mentors guide strictly within their own competence and are never positioned as psychologists, doctors, lawyers or financial advisers.
Alongside them sits a Professional Panel of qualified, licensed professionals. When a conversation reaches a clinical, legal, financial or otherwise regulated question, the matter is referred there rather than improvised.
How it works
- Listen. You describe the situation in your own words — no forms full of jargon.
- Understand. A mentor who has lived something similar asks the questions that clarify the real decision.
- Guide. Options, trade-offs and what usually happens next, from decades of practice.
- Refer. Anything clinical, legal, financial or otherwise regulated goes to our Professional Panel.

Feedback after conversations, and mentors who step back when a match is wrong.

Anubhav Setu is not a clinical or emergency service. Our mentors are experienced adults who share perspective within their competence; they are not positioned as psychologists, doctors, lawyers or financial advisers. Regulated matters are referred to qualified professionals on our panel.
