Banking & finance careers
Branch heads, auditors, insurance and credit veterans
The network
Every Anubhav Setu mentor is an experienced adult who has agreed to guide inside the limits of their own life — and to hand over the moment a matter needs a licensed professional.

Mentors are introduced, interviewed and oriented before they take a single conversation. They agree to a code of conduct covering confidentiality, respect, non-solicitation and the boundaries of their competence.
No mentor is presented as a psychologist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser unless they are one and are practising on our Professional Panel. A retired banker will tell you how lending decisions really get made; they will not write your investment plan. A retired teacher will help you think about a course; they will not diagnose an anxiety disorder.
That restraint is the whole point. It is also what makes it safe to say something out loud for the first time.

The Professional Panel
Some situations must not be handled by experience alone. Our mentors are trained to recognise them early and to refer — with your consent — to verified professionals:
We are building the founding mentor panel now. If you have spent decades in a field and can give a few honest hours a month, we would like to talk to you.
