Online mentoring
Most Anubhav Setu conversations happen online — a scheduled video or phone call with an experienced mentor, in the language you are most comfortable in.
Online mentoring removes the two barriers that stop people from asking for guidance: distance and awkwardness. You can speak from a small town to a mentor in another state, at a time that does not require explaining your absence to anyone.
A first conversation typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. You get a mentor's background beforehand, a scheduled slot, and a simple video link or a phone call if you prefer no camera at all.
Follow-up conversations are arranged only if both sides find them useful. Everything remains confidential, and nothing is recorded without your explicit consent.
How it works
How an online conversation runs
A short note on your situation, preferred language and availability — that is the whole intake.
We choose a mentor whose own experience sits closest to your question.
Camera optional. Many of the best conversations happen with no video at all.
Mentors across Hindi, English and several regional languages.
No recordings, no transcripts, no sharing without your consent.
One conversation is often enough. If it is not, we arrange the next.
“A phone call with the right person beats six months of searching for the right answer.”
If you would rather meet in person, we also run in-person sessions and community programs in selected cities.
Anubhav Setu is not a clinical or emergency service. Our mentors are experienced adults who share perspective within their competence; they are not positioned as psychologists, doctors, lawyers or financial advisers. Regulated matters are referred to qualified professionals on our panel.
